Pierce the Veil Biography - Touring to the Top

This San Diego band was first formed by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes after the disbandment of their previous group, Before Today. Still on label Equal Vision Records, the two decided to write and record their own album, which culminated in the release of A Flair for the Dramatic in June 2007 under their current name. Soon after its release the duo acquired additional members for the band and saw it transform into its current line up.

Soon after the group began vigorously touring, accepting offers to join plenty of summer tour line ups, including the Vans Warped Tour, and saw them play alongside the likes of A Day to Remember and From First to Last. 2008 saw the post-hardcore performers play their first headlining tour and a few years later they were signing to iconic indie label Fearless Records. Now, having made a name for themselves on UK shores, the band have become notorious for selling out hot rock venues, with waves of fans flooding the floors to hear Vic's doubled-edged voice and Tony Perry's howling guitars.
